Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. stewed and mashed sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together and pour into a 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until a knife inserted into side of filling comes out clean.
    The center may still look soft but will set up later.
