Ingredients

1 c. dried apricots
1 c. pitted dates
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1/2 c. confectioner sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
ground nuts for garnish (optional)
Preparation

In a chopping bowl or food processor, finely chop the apricots, dates, raisins and coconut.
Stir in the sugar and juice, mixing the ingredients thoroughly.
Snip off enough mixture to shape into 1-inch balls (first dusting hands with powdered sugar).
Roll the fruit balls in the coconut or nuts.
Place the fruit balls in layers in a container, separating the layer with wax paper and tightly cover the container.
