Chalupa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
3 c. pinto beans (dry)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 can green chilies
Preparation

Cover with water; cook until meat falls apart.
Take out bone and fat; shred and cook until thick.
Serve with corn chips, lettuce, tomatoes, green chilies, cheese, avocados, black olives and salsa garnishes and tortillas.
