Fresh Mushroom Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped mushrooms and stems
    1 green onion and top, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. herb salt
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Divide\tmixture
    into
    8 portions and form each portion into a patty
    1/2
    inch
    thick.
    Press
    each
    patty between 2 sheets of waxed
    paper.
    In
    a
    skillet melt butter.\tFry the patties on both sides until crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Serve with shoyu.
    Makes 4 servings.
