Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 can cream-style corn (15 oz.)
1/2 c. onions, minced
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
8 oz. sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In blender, mince onions and jalapeno peppers with half of the corn.
In a bowl, mix cornmeal, eggs and remaining corn.
Then add sour cream, oil and cheese.
