Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and 1/4 cup butter. Turn into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
