Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    Italian flavored bread crumbs
    eggs
    milk
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    oil
    Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk.
    Slice eggplant into 1/2-inch slices. Dip into
    egg
    mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
    Fry in oil until brown
    on
    both
    sides and soft in the middle.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Dilute
    tomato
    sauce with a little water.
    Put thin layer
    in greased casserole dish.
    Layer sauce, eggplant and Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat until finished.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle
    with
    Parmesan
    and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake
    at
    350\u00b0,
    uncovered,
    for
    45 minutes or until heated through.
