Easy Summer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit flavor gelatin
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook pineapple for 2 minutes.
Add gelatin and cook 2 minutes longer.
Set aside to cool.
Prepare whipped topping according to directions.
Add cottage cheese and stir well.
Add to gelatin mixture.
Pour into mold or shallow dish and chill until firm. Serves 8.
