Texas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz. jar pickled jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Drain jalapenos, seed, stem and chop well.
    Combine with cheese.
    Sprinkle mixture in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour beaten eggs over the cheese and pepper mixture and bake 25 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
