Lemon Curd Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Press in an 8 x 9-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Combine the next ingredients together and pour over baked crust.
    Bake until light brown.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into bars.
