Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

4 c. cooked yellow squash
1 large onion, cooked cut up
1 stick margarine, melted
1 egg, whipped
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash and onion; drain well. Put in casserole dish. Add margarine, whipped egg and soup; mix well. Add cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
