Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 small onion
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix meal, milk and eggs.
    Stir in oil.
    Add peppers, corn, onion and cheese.
    Stir only enough to mix.
    Pour batter into greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
