Frozen Pea Salad(24 Hour) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce (add last or use as the base)
1/2 c. sliced sweet onion
1 c. diced celery
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 sack or pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 medium tomatoes, cut fine
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

The day before serving, cover bottom of a 4-quart dish with layer of shredded lettuce.
Top with layer each of onion, celery, water chestnuts and thawed peas.
Spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar, cheese, salt and garlic powder.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Top with bacon and tomatoes.
