Portabella Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 portabella mushrooms, cleaned and dried
    1 Tbsp. sliced shallots
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saut mushrooms, shallots and garlic in butter and olive oil for 6 to 7 minutes. Add raspberry vinegar and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Top with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
