Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved and boned
    16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Arrange breast halves in a greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with sauerkraut.
    Top with cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork-tender.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serves four.
