Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
    10 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. cognac or brandy
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Separate eggs and put whites in a large bowl.
    Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
    Beat in yolks, one at a time, and let cool.
    Stir in brandy.
    Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture.
    Chill in fridge for 24 hours.
    When ready to serve, beat heavy cream until stiff and add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Put on top of chocolate mousse and serve.
