Quick Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes Stouffer's thawed spinach souffle
    5 Tbsp. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. (16 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 prepared crusts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
    Pour evenly into two unbaked pie crusts (9 or 10-inch).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut into 6 slices each.
    Serves 6 to 12.
