Stir-Fry Carrots And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 c. cabbage, sliced thin
    1/2 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add carrots, cabbage, onion, salt, sugar and ginger.
    Stir quickly, until ingredients are combined.
    Add water; cover and simmer for 6 minutes.
