Tomato-Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Butter a 9-inch pie plate.
    Spread sliced potatoes on bottom. Spread on half of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with sliced tomatoes.
    Put remainder of Mozzarella on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour melted butter over mixture.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Great with barbecue.
