Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Bob Evans original sausage
12 slices white bread
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain off grease.
Butter bread and remove crust.
Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Line with bread, buttered side up.
Spread sausage over bread.
Combine eggs and milk.
Beat well and pour over bread/sausage.
Top with shredded sharp cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
