Low Country Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 11 slices bread
    1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    Parkay soft squeeze butter
Preparation
    Take the bread, crusts removed, butter well and tear into small pieces.
    Put in baking dish alternating with grated cheese.
    Set aside.
    Mix milk, salt and eggs (well beaten).
    Pour mixture over bread crumbs and cheese.
    Let stand overnight (or at least 7 hours) in refrigerator.
    Bake in a 275\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes. Serves 6.
