Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
    1/4 c. Slim and Trim dressing
    2 slices bread, crumbled in a blender
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Cut thin slice in top of pepper and remove seeds. Sprinkle inside of peppers with half salt and pepper.
    Combine onion, celery, salmon, dressing and bread crumbs.
    Mix well. Stuff peppers. Stand upright in baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
