Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. finely chopped ham
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped mano pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in hot oven at 425\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    When cooked, cut slice from top of each and scoop out insides (being careful not to break skin).
    Mash; stir in milk and beat well.
    Mix in egg yolk, ham, onion, green pepper and butter.
    Fold in egg white and refill potato shells.
    Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6.
