Old Fashion Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. milk
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. beaten egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Cook milk, corn meal and salt 5 minutes.
Add butter and egg yolks; set aside and cool 25 minutes.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
