Cranberry-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
2 c. light corn syrup, divided
grated peel of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) can pecan halves
1/2 pt. heavy cream (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Prick pie shell with tines of fork. Bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
