Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 can butter beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Cook hen; bring stock to boil.
    Add onion and potatoes; cook until tender.
    Add chopped chicken, tomato juice and seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add corn and butter beans.
    Cook an additional 10 minutes.
