Kitchen Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. beef bouillon
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. catsup
    1 can LeSueur peas
    6 wieners
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Add garlic powder.
    Pour in bouillon, barbecue sauce, rice and catsup.
    Add peas; cover and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes.
    While this is simmering, slice wieners and boil them.
    When rice mixture is cooked, make a well or hole in middle and top with drained wieners.
    Cover wieners with additional barbecue sauce.
