Broccoli Cheez Whiz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of butter.
    Stir in flour and water (make like a white sauce).
    Blend in cheese spread.
    Combine sauce and broccoli.
    Add eggs and mix gently.
    Cover with crumbs and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
