Quick And Easy Veggie Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans peeled tomatoes
1 large white onion, slice and chop
6 to 8 garlic cloves, minced
1 broccoli stalk, separate flowers, slice stalks
3 medium carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery (1/4-inch slices)
2 large Russet potatoes (1/2-inch cubes)
1 lb. turkey sausage, remove skin
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
5 shakes Tabasco
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. sage
1 c. white wine
1 tomato can water
Preparation

Add 1/4 inch water to frypan.
Add sausage, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Saute onion in 3 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter on medium heat.
Add garlic to onion.
Put tomatoes in soup kettle and add all potatoes, broccoli, carrots plus onion and garlic when they are soft.
Pour excess water from turkey into kettle.
Slice turkey links into bite size pieces and brown on all sides.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add Tabasco, cumin, sage, white wine and water.
Add turkey to kettle plus add about 1 cup water to turkey pan and swish around and then add to kettle.
Bring kettle to a boil for 10 minutes then reduce to simmer, cover and cook 30 minutes more.
