Swiss Cheese Cutlet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded processed Swiss cheese
    avocado slices (optional)
    tomato wedges (optional)
    boneless chicken breasts
    reduced fat margarine (about 2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In a deep casserole dish, melt enough margarine to cover the bottom.
    Over that, sprinkle the uncooked rice.
    Then place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
    In a separate bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, golden mushroom soup and water.
    Pour this mixture over the chicken.
    Cover; bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, then watch for the smiles.
