Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 (No. 2) cans red kidney beans
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    5 stalks celery
    1 large clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. red wine
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cook meat in oil until brown.
    Fry celery and onion in butter until transparent.
    Add to meat along with other ingredients and cook at least 2 hours.
    Use low heat.
