Beef Tips(Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    2 lb. stew meat
    beef bouillon (2 beef cubes plus 2 c. water
    1 medium onion
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.
    Brown meat in bacon grease.
    Add onion, bay leaf, bouillon and bacon.
    Cook on low heat 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve over rice.
    (Does well in crock-pot.)
