Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 can crabmeat
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. wild rice, cooked
    1/2 c. white rice, cooked
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute celery, green pepper, mushrooms and onions.
    Add shrimp, crabmeat, cheese and rice.
    Make cream sauce of butter, flour and milk.
    Add all ingredients to cream sauce. Put in seasonings.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
