Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, peeled, sliced and cooked
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium carrots, grated (optional)
    1 bag seasoned Pepperidge Farm crushed or cubed bread
Preparation
    Mix all except bread.
    Pour mixture in an 11 x 13-inch glass dish lined with 1/2 bag of bread crumbs mixed with 1 stick melted butter.
    Sprinkle some of the seasoned bread crumbs on top of mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
