Caramel Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 pt. whipping cream
2 pt. half and half

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring often.
Be very careful that this does not burn. Spread over your favorite cake layers.
