Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese, flour, salt and pepper in mixing bowl with mashed potatoes.
    Blend in onions.
    Place in a 1-quart buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Put French fried onions on top; return to oven for about 5 minutes.
