Old Fashioned Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. hot milk
    1 (9-inch) pastry crust, unbaked
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar, nutmeg, salt and milk.
    Mix well. Pour into unbaked
    pie
    shell.
    Place
    in
    450\u00b0\toven
    for
    10 minutes. Reduce heat
    to 325\u00b0 and bake until a knife inserted into the center
    comes
    out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
