Ham Fritatta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
2 medium zucchini, chopped (about 2 c.)
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1 c. cut up cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in baking mix, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and red pepper. Layer zucchini, tomatoes, onion and ham in ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches; pour egg mixture on top.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 9 servings.
