Squash Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 squash, grated real fine
4 or 5 tsp. flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
1 onion, grated fine

Preparation

Mix and fry in hot grease, 1 tablespoon at a time.
