Yeast Rolls(Lawton Public Schools) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. active dry yeast
3 1/4 qt. all-purpose or bread flour
1 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. water
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
Using a dough hook, blend on low speed for approximately 2 minutes.
Add oil and blend on low speed for approximately 2 minutes.
Add water.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Change to medium speed and knead dough for 8 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place dough in warm area (about 90\u00b0) for 45 to 60 minutes.
Punch down dough to remove air bubbles.
Form by pinching off 2 ounce pieces and shape.
Place rolls on lightly oiled sheet pans.
Place in warm area until double in size, 30 to 50 minutes.
Makes 50.
