Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. black walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon extract.
    Mix well in flour and walnuts. Beat until well blended.
    Add oil and beat about 5 minutes.
    Pour into greased tube pan and bake in 325 degree oven for one hour and 15 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let set 5 minutes before turning out of pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, or top with your favorite glaze.
