Chicken Curry(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cubed
1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
2 oz. margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. curry powder
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 oz. raisins
1 apple, cubed (Granny Smith)
1 Tbsp. mango chutney
1 bay leaf
1/8 to 1/4 pt. chicken stock
Preparation

Saute chicken and onion in margarine and spices.
Add all remaining ingredients.
(Add chicken stock as needed if the curry sauce gets too dry.)
Bring sauce to boil. Reduce and simmer until tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
