Sliced Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked Mozzarella, sliced
    3 vine ripe tomatoes, sliced
    large bunch large basil leaves, separated
    1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    minced fresh garlic
    ground black pepper
Preparation
    Alternate one slice of cheese, one slice of tomato, one or two large basil leaves.
    Sprinkle all with minced garlic. Drizzle olive oil, a scant amount of balsamic vinegar and ground black pepper. Refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors mingle. Serve cold or at room temperature as an appetizer or a side salad.
