Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 eggs, beaten
    10 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over sugar, salt and Crisco, stirring until Crisco is dissolved.
    Cool mixture to lukewarm.
    Add yeast which has been dissolved in 1 cup lukewarm water.
    Add beaten eggs; mix well.
    Stir flour to make a soft dough.
    Rub large container with Crisco, pour dough into container and cover tightly.
    Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
