Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 tsp. salt
    little black pepper
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    4 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
    1 jar red currant jelly
    1 small bottle catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except jelly and catsup.
    Make meatballs. Brown meatballs in frying pan or oven for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Heat jelly and catsup.
    Serve meatballs with toothpicks to dip into sauce.
