Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crust for 10-inch pie pan
2 c. leeks or green onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 oz. Parmesan or Romano
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk or cream
1 zucchini
salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare crust and line pan.
Spread with beaten eggs with pastry brush and bake for 5 minutes at 500\u00b0.
Saute onions in butter until golden, season with salt and pepper.
Put zucchini on bottom with onions.
Toss flour and cheese together.
Spread on top of zucchini.
Pour milk and eggs on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes and then for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until knife comes clean.
