Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c fresh sliced peaches
    1/4 c flour
    1/4 t cinnamon
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 T butter (quartered)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell and cover with top crust.
    Brush with milk lightly and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut slits in top crust and bake at 425 F for approx 45 minutes or until golden brown.
