Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (6 serving size)
2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Soak raisins in hot water 5 minutes.
Cool and drain well. Mix pudding, milk, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Cool, then add raisins.
May use instant pudding, then mix all except raisins until thick.
Add raisins.
Pour into baked 9-inch pastry.
Chill 3 hours.
Serve with whipped topping.
