Chocolate Revel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl beat 1 cup margarine; add about 1/2 flour, all the brown sugar, eggs, 2 teaspoons of the vanilla and baking soda.
    Beat until thoroughly combined.
    Beat in remaining flour. Stir in oats.
