Chicken Breasts Baked In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large skinless chicken breasts
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 tsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
    1 stick butter
    paprika
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in an open baking pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion, mustard and parsley.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or more.
    When nearly done, add wine and baste with juices in pan. Do not overcook.
    This is delicious with rice.
